CAMP HOURS

The hours of our camp are as follows:

Half Day: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Full Day: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Our coaches will be on site each day beginning at 8:40 a.m., so campers are welcome to arrive earlier if they want to get some extra field time before we begin camp activities promptly at 9:00 a.m.

DAILY HEALTH CHECK
Prior to coming to every day of camp, we ask that players conduct a daily self check/assessment to make sure that they are healthy and fit to complete a day of camp.

SPECTATOR POLICY

Spectators will be allowed at the facility but we ask that you refrain from creating crowds near and around the training fields. We will be establishing specific training areas for all groups which will encompass the field space. We also ask that parents/visitors refrain from any tailgating in the parking lot.

PLAYER TRAINING GROUPS
Players will be assigned a specific group with designated coaches for the full week. Players will be grouped by age and skill level and all requests received will be honored as best as we can. Groups will have a designated field space where they will train each day.

DROP OFF PROCEDURE
On Monday only, players should be dropped off at the specified registration time. We will notify you via email the Sunday prior to the camp start date by 12:00 p.m. with your group name and drop-off time prior to your arrival at camp. We ask that you respect and adhere to these drop off times to help us avoid any clustering or unnecessary grouping around the registration area.

On Tuesday through Friday, players will not be required to arrive at an assigned time. Players can be dropped off at the entrance, and they can proceed to their assigned field. We will have coaches along the route to direct them. Our coaches will be on field by 8:40 a.m., but we ask that all players arrive in time to be ready to start training at 9:00 a.m.

PICK UP PROCEDURE

Coaches will be releasing players around 12:00 p.m. (for half day campers) and around 3:00 p.m. (for full day campers) in small groups. Please be patient if your player is released a few minutes before or after the stated end time as we want to avoid congestion in the parking lot.

Below is a list of what every player needs to bring each day of the camp. Please make sure that your player’s equipment and items are clearly labeled. Sharing of food, snacks or drinks is not allowed.
